OUR FOCUS

Based in Tulsa with team members nationwide, Asemio supports the public health, education, criminal justice, and social services sectors working to make the world a better place. Since 2013, our work has built pathways that connect people, organizations, and ideas supported by the power of technology to leave a lasting positive impact on communities through improved service delivery, actionable insights, and data-driven decision-making.

We work with the resources available to us with care. We recognize and honor the limitations of our own and others’ time, financial resources, or effort. We’re judicious and transparent, and work to maximize the value we provide within these limitations.

STEWARDSHIP

We seek to learn from the experiences of others, doing our best to understand the context that our clients, teammates, and community partners are navigating. Whether creating a project plan, designing a feature, or working through a conflict, we ground ourselves in empathy for others.

We don’t let difficult decisions overwhelm us. We embrace our responsibility to understand diverse perspectives, weigh pros and cons with a level head, and do our best to make decisions that produce the best results for our team and our clients.

We know there will be bumps in the road and when we find them, we don’t let those setbacks take us off course. We do what it takes, even when the journey is not easy or straightforward.

Sometimes things don’t go the way we intend. Sometimes things are harder than we expect. And sometimes we hear things we don’t want to hear. We’re unlikely to get through life (or a day’s work) without a little bit of friction, but we do our best to move through challenging situations with grace and flexibility so we can bounce back stronger.
